These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Semillita mobile application. By using our app, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Service Description
Semillita is a free mobile application of interactive stories designed for family enjoyment.
The app offers:
- Interactive stories with illustrations and animations.
- Professional audio narration.
- Custom voice recording functionality for parents or guardians to narrate the stories.
- Free content accessible to all users.
- Exclusive STAR content for newsletter subscribers.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Semillita to:
- Enjoy the stories in a family and personal context.
- Record personalized narrations with your own voice.
- Share the app with family and friends.
NOT permitted:
- Commercial use of content without express authorization.
- Redistribution, copying, modification or sale of content.
- Reverse engineering of the application.
- Automated use (bots, scrapers) to extract content.
- Any use that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in Semillita (texts, images, videos, audios, animations, design and code) is owned by Semillita and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
AI-generated content:
Semillita's images and videos have been generated using generative artificial intelligence tools. Despite being AI-generated content, Semillita is the legitimate holder of all rights to this visual material.
License of use:
By using Semillita, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal and family enjoyment. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the content.
4. Exclusive Content (STAR)
Some stories are marked as STAR content, accessible only to newsletter subscribers.
To access STAR content:
- You must subscribe to Semillita's newsletter through the web form.
- Enter your email in the app to validate your subscription.
- Keep your subscription active (you can cancel at any time).
5. Custom Audio Recordings
Semillita allows you to record personalized narrations with your own voice.
Important:
- All recordings are stored only on your device locally.
- Semillita does not store, process or have access to your recordings.
- If you uninstall the app or delete its data, you will lose all recordings.
- Semillita is not responsible for the loss of custom recordings.
- It is your responsibility to make backups if you wish to keep the recordings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Semillita is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability of the service.
- Absence of errors or bugs.
- Compatibility with all devices.
- That the content will meet your specific expectations.
7. Use by Minors
Semillita is designed for family use and is appropriate for children under the supervision of parents or guardians.
Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors' use of the application.
The app does not intentionally collect personal information from minors.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
- Add, remove or modify content (stories) without prior notice.
- Change access conditions to STAR content.
- Update the application to fix bugs or add features.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Significant changes will be notified through a prominent notice on the app's main screen.
Continued use of the app after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using Semillita at any time by uninstalling the application.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the app if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
For any dispute arising from the use of Semillita, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Málaga, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
